The ceremony is indoor; it will be held at the Ocean Pavilion. The cocktails will be held outdoor, just outside the Ocean Pavilion. Reception will follow at the Buko Bar, which is an outdoor garden by the pool area. You may refer to the map on the website for a clearer picture.

Additionally, considering that the reception will be in a garden, ladies are advised to wear block heels, chunky heels, or wedges instead of stilettos.

The reception will be moved to an indoor area. Everything else will proceed as planned.

The Ocean Wing and Main Wing are both at walking distance to the Ocean Pavilion and Buko Bar. However, we will provide a free shuttle service to take the guests from the hotel to the Ocean Pavilion for the ceremony and from the Ocean Pavilion to the Buko Bar for the reception. Kindly note, though, that priority will be given to senior citizens, PWDs, and pregnant women.

For members of the entourage, Rina of Weddings by Zilla will instruct you.

For other guests, please arrive by 2:30PM. Bridal march will start exactly at 3:00PM.

We request members of the entourage to follow the dress code.

For other guests, your comfort is our priority, but if you’d like to dress up, we would appreciate it if you could dress in accordance with our theme.

Certainly! Kids 12 years old and below will be provided kiddie meals instead of food from the buffet.

Please indicate in the space provided when you submit your response under the “RSVP” tab. Please note however that the buffet offers a wide selection for you to choose from.

While we want you to enjoy and have fun, Shangri-La strictly implements a no smoking policy, with identified designated areas within the premises. Smoking in hotel rooms are strictly prohibited. The hotel will post a PhP10,000 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who will smoke in their hotel room.

No need as these will be provided to you during the event. Please note also that Shangri-La will charge corkage fees for any outside food or beverage taken to the event.
